PACKAGE #1 EMPLOYEE-MANAGER SESSIONS
This four-part series helps set up the manager and employee with cancer for a successful and communicative relationship while the employee is undergoing treatment.
PART 1
Meet with the Employee. In this 45-minute session, your employee will meet with Kim to assess and understand how their treatment may affect their work. The employee will come away with a clear idea of what they will and won’t be able to manage while receiving treatment, an understanding of what duties and projects they will need support on, and how their boss and their team can support them. (This session follows all legal guidelines put forth by HIPPA and the ADA.)
PART 2
Meet the Manager. In this 45-minute session, the manager will meet with Kim and assess the ramifications of the employee’s cancer on the productivity and well-being of the team. The manager will come away with a clear idea of the important questions they can and cannot ask, and comfortable knowing how to have typically uncomfortable conversations in a productive and helpful manner.
PART 3
Meet with the Manager and the Employee. During this joint hour session, your manager, your employee affected by cancer and Kim will develop a work and communication plan. They will also set up guidelines for constructive and crucial meetings moving forward.
Fee: $4999

PACKAGE #2 EMPLOYEE-MANAGER-TEAM SESSIONS
This offer includes everything above plus an additional session with the team. Team members are eager to support and often don’t have know-how. Kim will walk the team through her proprietary five-step process that leads to the team clearly understanding how they can be supportive to the employee with cancer. In addition, Kim will appropriately incorporate the wishes of the employee.
Fee: $9999
