OUR MISSION

Our mission is to help 1,000,000 employees dealing with cancer, loss, depression, or a similar health crisis by showing 80,000 managers how to effectively support their employees while driving productivity by 2036.

If you know there is more you can do for your team and employee when managing your employee dealing with cancer, loss or depression than most managers think, this might be the most important page you’re going to read in a long time…

That’s because I’m going to share a story about how I went from being a cancer giver and young widow to an HR leader who shows managers how to go from being worried about saying the wrong thing and being overwhelmed about meeting your team goals to being a compassionate, focused and productive manager able to keep your team motivated and inspired.

And you’re going to discover how you can do the same with your employee and team dealing with cancer, loss, or depression.

A quick note: If you have an employee going through a tough time, it affects the whole team!  That is why I say “your team dealing with cancer, loss or depression.”
