#6 Do Her Laundry

I know. Laundry is not the first thing you think of when you think "I want to help my friend with cancer." But it could be one of the best things to do!

Laundry is part of the day-to-day that sucks brain cells and energy from many cancer patients. But asking someone to do their laundry probably feels so stupid.

So offer it. Offer more than once. Tell her the three things you'll be mindful of (their listed in the video) and I'm willing to bet she'll let you have a go at it, especially if she has kids.

Heck, if she has kids, you can teach them to do laundry. They will feel like they are being a big help. (They will be!)

So do her laundry.
